Quanta (plural quantum) is the currency in Dual Universe. Quantum are digital, making it impossible to directly steal them. The amount of quantum a player has access to is tied directly to the player, but may also be tied to an organization. Depending on that player's rights within that organization, they may have access to some or all of the funds owned by it.
